What we publish

Go Battle Forge publishes independent battle tools and practical guides about using them. Guides connect decisions to the actual settings and outputs available on the site. We label illustrative examples and do not present them as field tests or verified live clears.

Sources and assumptions

Game-mechanic explanations link to official documentation where available. Our calculation choices are documented in the methodology. Imported lineup and ranking snapshots can lag live changes; a data-generation date is not a certification that every entry is current.

Announced Max forms may be included before their encounter debuts so trainers can plan. Their exact live difficulty and availability must be checked against the event announcement. We do not infer a confirmed live moveset or release date from a simulator entry.

Review dates mean a content review

A guide’s review date records when its explanation was checked against the site’s implementation and linked sources. It does not automatically advance when the site rebuilds or a dataset refreshes. A meaningful content change warrants a new review date.

Corrections

Report the page, Pokémon or encounter, the result you saw, and what you expected through our correction channel. Include the relevant settings and source announcement when possible. Reports are evidence to investigate, rather than automatic edits to the lineup data.

Advertising and independence

Advertising and optional support help fund the site. Battle recommendations are calculated from the model and data; buying an ad or supporting the project does not change a Pokémon’s position. Advertising is labeled and is separate from tool controls and guide links.
